Effective April 3, 2014 Nassau County – Notice of Pendency Fee Increase

We have been advised by the Nassau County Clerk’s Office that

effective April 3, 2014 the fee for filing a Notice of Pendency with a single Block Fee, regardless of the number of Defendants, will now be $195.00
